The product and our role
ReadingMinds.ai is an emotionally intelligent AI voice agent that conducts market research interviews in real time and analyzes the respondents' answers and sentiment. It is the company's main product.
Codeminer42 designed and built the whole product, from scratch. The product is in validation and has not launched yet, so this case is about what we delivered rather than a business outcome.
The challenge
- Traditional market research is slow and expensive: recruiting interviewers, running conversations, transcribing and analyzing.
- The client wanted a voice agent attuned to the interviewee's emotional tone, delivering the analysis ready to use.
- With no in-house team, it needed a partner to design and build everything.
