Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or similar role.
- Proven experience with AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.) or other major cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration and shell scripting.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK or similar).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, HTTP, TLS, VPNs, firewalls).
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
- Advanced English language skills. We supply services to many international clients, and therefore, comprehension and conversations are of extreme necessity. English language skills are very important and will be evaluated in your application process.
Responsabilities
- Cloud Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain infrastructure on AWS (or similar cloud providers such as GCP/Azure).
- CI/CD Pipelines: Implement and manage automated deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.).
- Containerization & Orchestration: Work with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS) to ensure scalability and fault tolerance.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage infrastructure with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Monitoring & Logging: Set up and maintain observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, CloudWatch.
- Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for cloud security, secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, SSM), and access control (IAM).
- Networking: Manage VPCs, load balancers, DNS, VPN, firewalls, and related networking tasks.
- Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud usage to ensure efficient cost management.
- Incident Response: Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshooting outages, and ensuring high availability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to improve the developer experience, deployment strategies, and production reliability.
Nice to have
- Certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes CKA/CKAD, etc.).
- Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Step Functions).
- Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
- Experience in FinOps / Cloud cost optimization.
- Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
