Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in backend development using Go (Golang);
• Solid understanding of the Go language, including concurrency with goroutines and communication through channels;
• Amazon Bedrock
• Experience with relational databases and using database/sql;
• Knowledge of automated testing;
• Understanding and application of software engineering best practices: error handling, interfaces, modularization;
• Familiarity with building APIs (REST and/or gRPC);
• Experience with CI/CD and containers (Docker);
• Advanced English proficiency. We work with international clients, so reading, writing, and speaking skills are essential and will be evaluated during the selection process.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Go web frameworks (Gin, Echo, Fiber);
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools;
• Familiarity with non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis);
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Heroku, AWS, GCP);
• Experience with AI(MCP, Agents)
• Understanding of software architecture and design principles (DDD, Clean Architecture);
• Contributions to open-source projects or involvement in Go communities.
